Matrix saved me thousands on my Porsche Cayenne

I have been taking my Porsche Cayenne to Matrix for regular maintenance for the past 3 years. I’m impressed with their service and especially with my most recent customer care service. They noticed that my DEF fluid pump seemed to be leaking. Instead of recommending that they fix it for me, they shared that it was most likely still under recall warranty and to call our local Porsche service company to get it fixed under the warranty program instead. This saved me thousands of dollars.

From hotel pickup to fully upgraded Sprinter
Had some upgrades for my Sprinter done here. Worked with Jeremy, he’s one of the owners and soooo knowledgeable and passionate about Sprinters and European cars. He’s the real deal! I’m from out-of-town, they picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel while the work was being done. They were 100% on their predicted timeline. I am very happy with everything they did. Looking forward to my next project. I had flares installed above my wheels, blacked out Mercedes emblem (so cool!), Sherpa rack system and ladder installed plus two large expedition boxes.

GTi Emergency fixed fast, fair, and right

I had a request for an in person interview 300 miles away when an EPC and Check Engine light kicked on in my GTI, on my birthday of all days. If you don’t know, that’s a big problem in a GTI. To make matters worse I was preparing to move. The team at Matrix not only checked my car right away, but let me leave it with them to see if they could squeeze it in. They not only got it done a week before their next appointment opening, they only charged me for parts and one hour of labor. No rush fee. No extras. I’ve never seen someone step up and go above and beyond like that. Seriously if I want to do anything major I may drive the 300 miles to come back as I know it’ll get done fast, fair, and right. They also have a really cute loaner car up front 😎

Blown turbo on my 335is
