We just wanted to thank Matrix again for taking great care to repair our Volkswagen Beetle correctly.
A few years ago the convertible top was not working so we brought the car to the dealership where we purchased the vehicle. The vehicle was only a couple years old at the time and the dealership stated it would be over $3000 for a new hydraulic system. They pressured us and wanted to schedule the repair immediately. We may not be mechanics when it comes to vehicles but we knew this didn’t sound correct for such a costly repair.
My husband asked one of his tenants that sells luxury vehicles in a building he manages, where we could get another opinion. He directed us to Matrix. We were told by Matrix that it just needed some hydraulic fluid and would run around $300 to fix the top. Needless to say we had Matrix complete the repair. We have been taking our vehicle for the last few years to Matrix for oil changes.
Recently we had a vacuum pump to be replaced and during this repair it was determined that a secondary vent line had been damaged during this repair. Matrix repaired this at no charge to us and politely completed this repair quickly and correctly.
We thank Jarid and the staff at Matrix for your professional and pleasant business manner. We appreciate the care and honest treatment we receive as your customer. We will continue to bring our Volkswagen to Matrix.

Pete, thanks for checking in. Wow, the X5 runs way better than it ever did. Seems like maybe that DSC module was going south for a while and I never knew it. Looking back I think the X5 was sluggish most of the time like it was in snow or something. I just thought that was normal as we had never driven a used 6 cylinder X5 before we purchased the 2006. Now it feels way more responsive. Both the transmission and steering are sharper. It never felt this good since the day we bought it used. Thanks to you and the team at Matrix. Excellent work at a fair price. We recommend you to all our friends with German cars.

Your service and attention to detail regarding you and your firm looking after my 97 Boxster has been excellent. As an owner of a 20-year-old car I appreciate you inspecting the car when it comes in, taking me under the car to explain what you have diagnosed, telling me what you suggest it needs and as important what it doesn’t need or things/items that can wait. Hi Jeremy and Jesse, I wanted to let you know that I contacted pretty much every independent BMW repair shop on the West Side, and a few on the East Side for good measure, and you guys gave the most complete and helpful responses. BY FAR. Some shops gave one sentence answers, some never even bothered to respond at all.
