We’ll inform you if a comparable or superior aftermarket component is available that offers better longevity than the factory part.
We’ll inform you if a component is accidentally damaged during service and install a replacement at no cost to you.
We’ll inform you if your vehicle requires more time than anticipated and provide an updated completion schedule.
We’ll inform you if a request falls outside our professional scope and refer you to a trustworthy associate who can assist.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We take the environment very seriously, promoting sustainability and green shop practices to reduce our impact on the planet as much as possible. Here are a few ways in which we do this:
Waste oils: Collected and recycled.
Waste plastics, paper, and cardboard: Collected, recycled, composted, and/or reused where possible.
Waste metals: Collected and recycled.
Styrofoam: Collected, reused, and recycled.
Packaging: Whenever possible, we reuse packaging and boxes. We source packaging locally when needed.
Non-reusable materials: Disposed of through industrial waste collections.
